It all started with a 13 year old Mike recording late night John Peel on the radio and performing live electronica sets at school; rocking the SH101, TR707 and an echo chamber to mighty effect!
Mike now wears many musical hats; he is the label manager for Trick Music, producer and host of the infamous TRKPOD and one half of Orzels Machine (with Ady Connor/Scorb).
As a big fan of the alternative, Mike's DJ sets are ideally suited to the late night/early morning slot. Expect to be bathed in quirky melodies, dub bass lines and a healthy wash of twisted electronica that will always keep the floor moving.
Mike produces and mixes under the names Reef Unit, Penny Jesus and as himself; Mike Rucinski.
